Payment Information

There are a couple of ways to pay your maintenance fees:

Electronic:
Goto to : https://benchmarkpropmgmtinc.epay-centerstatebank.com
1) Choose “PG TWO HOMEOWNERS INC – P2” from the list.
2) Enter the 5 digit “Benchmark” account number.
(Was on the letter you got from benchmark back in January.)
3) Enter your email address.
4) Check the “I’m Not a Robot” box.
5) Click Search to Continue.
6) Then either make a one time payment or register, so that you can setup AUTO PAY if you so wish.
The Site you end up landing on is “Association Prime” which is “South State Bank”.
