BIENNIAL CENSUS – REQUIRED May 1st, 2026, to July 1st, 2026
P. G. Two Homeowners, Inc. (“HOA”) will be conducting its Biennial Census as required by Federal and State law to maintain our 55+ Community Status.
WHAT TO DO:
- Census form will be mailed to you.
- If not received, download it by Clicking Here.
- Complete the form and include all required documents.
- Submit everything to the HOA drop it off in the Drop Box at the clubhouse.
- Or mail to 1650 NW 68 Ave, Margate, FL 33063 by U.S. Mail.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
- All information collected is standard for this process.
- Information is then verified.
- Used only for HOA and Federal/State requirements.
- AND will be kept confidential and managed securely.
